What Telecoms World changed

• Added a new "Business Listings" service section to the marketing services area.
• Updated the "Website Development" link to point to the homepage instead of a specific subpage.

The company is expanding its marketing services beyond just website design and affiliate links. By adding business listings, they are trying to become a one-stop shop for small business digital presence.

• Shortened the URL for Phone Line+ by removing the sub-folder.
• Changed the Horizon phone system link to a new specific landing page.
• Updated URLs for Wildix, X-Bees, Xelion, and iPECS to include "phone-systems" in the slug.
• Corrected the spelling of "iPecs" to "iPECS" in the navigation menu.

The company has moved several key product pages to shorter, more direct web addresses. This usually means they are trying to rank better in search results for specific brands like Gamma, Wildix, and iPECS.

• Replaced generic Hubspot lead forms with a structured "Free Telecoms Audit" offering.
• Added a new navigation menu with detailed categories for Phone Systems, Business Numbers, and IT Services.
• Introduced specific product pages for X-Bees, Xelion, and PhoneLine+.
• Updated the homepage to highlight their 22-year history and 1,800+ Trustpilot reviews.
• Added a dedicated "Call Management Solutions" section featuring IVR, Virtual Receptionist, and Analytics.

The competitor is moving from simple lead forms to a value-add "Audit" service. This helps them capture leads by promising to find hidden costs and future-proof customer setups, rather than just selling a product.
