What Teamwork.com changed

• The "Average billable utilization gain" statistic was changed from 23%+ to 22%+.

The product has adjusted its primary marketing claim regarding how much it helps customers increase their billable time. This suggests a shift toward more conservative or updated performance data.

• Added a new "Book a demo" button next to the existing "Book a personalized demo" link.
• Removed the "Book a personalized demo" link from the primary hero section, leaving only the "Start a free trial" button in that specific spot.
• A customer testimonial transcript was slightly shortened, cutting off the end of a sentence about resource management.

The competitor is testing different ways to get potential customers into their sales funnel. By adding a second "Book a demo" button next to the personalized option, they are likely trying to lower the barrier for users who want a quick look at the product without a high-pressure sales pitch.

• Added "Onboarding NEW" as a primary category under the "For your team" navigation section.
• Reorganized the "For your team" menu to prioritize Onboarding at the top of the list.
• Updated the footer/transcript text which resulted in minor character truncation in the captured data.

The product is now specifically targeting implementation and onboarding teams. This suggests they are moving deeper into the post-sales customer lifecycle to capture more users beyond just project managers and agencies.
