What Skillshare changed

• Removed the top navigation bar including "Browse," "Sign In," and "Sign Up" links.
• Removed the "Featured" course section which showcased specific classes like "Procreate for Beginners" and "iPhone Photography."
• Removed the "Learn from Creative Experts" section that highlighted individual teacher profiles and names.
• Removed the detailed footer containing links to specific class categories (e.g., Watercolor, UI/UX, AI) and company information.
• Removed social media icons and app store download buttons from the bottom of the page.

The platform has removed specific course previews and teacher profiles from its main landing page. This simplifies the page but reduces immediate visibility for their top-performing content and specific instructors.

• The homepage content is hidden behind a security check.
• Users must pass a bot verification to see the site.
• All mentions of creative classes, teachers, and pricing are gone from the landing page.
• The site now uses a security service to stop malicious bots.

The website is now blocking automated tools and scrapers. This makes it harder for people to see their class lists and teacher data without being a real person.

• Fixed a small typo in the security message.
• Added two missing letters to the word "protect."

The website made a tiny fix to the text on their security check page. This page shows up to stop bots from entering the site.
