What SEOptimer changed

• Added a detailed troubleshooting section for users stuck on the security verification page.
• Included steps to disable browser extensions.
• Added instructions to check firewall settings for "challenges.cloudflare.com".
• Provided links to Cloudflare’s help documentation and a page refresh option.

SEOptimer is experiencing issues where their security firewall blocks legitimate users. They added specific instructions to help users bypass these blocks, suggesting they are losing traffic or customers due to aggressive bot protection.

• The entire homepage content is hidden behind a security verification screen.
• Users must now pass a bot challenge to view the SEO Audit and AI Visibility tools.
• All marketing text about white-label reports and embeddable audit tools is currently inaccessible to automated crawlers.

The website is now blocking automated tools and scrapers. This makes it harder for competitors or unauthorized tools to access their SEO audit data and "GEO" (Generative Engine Optimization) research.

• All homepage content was removed and replaced with a "Enable JavaScript and cookies to continue" message.
• Information about SEO audits, AI visibility tools, and white-label reports is no longer visible to non-JS crawlers.
• The page size decreased by over 5,000 characters.

The website now requires JavaScript and cookies to view any content. This might be a move to block automated scrapers or a temporary technical issue during a site update.
