What Remix changed

• Removed the top navigation bar including links for "Who we serve," "What we offer," and "Resources."
• Removed the global login menu for different regions (US, Europe, Australia).
• Removed the "Talk to us" and "Request a Demo" call-to-action buttons from the header and footer.
• Removed the entire footer section containing company info, careers, media, and social media links.
• Removed the language switcher and legal links (Privacy, Terms, etc.).
• Removed the "Webinar" announcement banner from the top of the page.

The website has been stripped of its main navigation menu, resource links, and footer information. This creates a much more focused, landing-page style experience that forces visitors toward the main content rather than allowing them to browse other parts of the Via ecosystem.

• The top banner was updated to promote a new webinar titled "Intel from the Hill: Reauthorization, Midterms & Today’s Grants."
• The previous webinar promotion regarding paratransit operations and manual fixes was removed.

The company is shifting its marketing focus from operational efficiency to high-level policy, funding, and legislative updates. This positions them as a strategic partner for agencies seeking government grants.

• The top announcement banner was updated.
• Removed: Link to "Modeshift Season 2" transit podcast.
• Added: Link to a webinar titled "How leading paratransit agencies replace manual fixes with smarter operations."

Remix is shifting its top-of-page marketing focus from a general podcast to a specific, high-value webinar about paratransit operations. This suggests they are actively targeting agencies looking to modernize manual workflows.
