What Pttrns changed

• Added a new pricing section explicitly stating a $0 "FREE ACCOUNT" with no credit card required.
• Introduced a new navigation menu including links to a Blog, Technologies, and "How To" guides.
• Added a formal "Terms of Content Use" and a privacy opt-out notice regarding data sharing.
• Integrated a new login and sign-up system via Outseta.
• Expanded the footer with contact, support, and social media links.

Pttrns has removed its paywall, offering its entire library of 7,000+ mobile design patterns for free. This move aims to capture a larger share of the designer community and increase user sign-ups by removing all financial friction.

• Removed all pricing tiers (Yearly, Quarterly, and Month-to-Month).
• Eliminated the 3-day free trial requirement.
• Removed the need for credit card information to access full features.
• Simplified the homepage by removing navigation links to "Pricing" and the "Blog."
• Added a clear statement that the service is now "completely free."

Pttrns has shifted from a subscription-based business model to a completely free service. This move could attract a large influx of designers who previously used paid alternatives or were deterred by the $72/year price tag.

• Added a close icon (×) to the ad personalization and data privacy notice.
• Fixed a small text error in the footer area.

The site is making small technical fixes to how users interact with privacy and data settings. This ensures their ad-supported model stays compliant while managing how users opt out of tracking.
