What Podium changed

• Added a new footer section asking users to select their industry (Auto, Aesthetics, Home Services, or Retail).
• Duplicated the entire "What businesses are saying" testimonial section, nearly doubling the page length.
• Added a "Sign in" link and industry navigation at the very bottom of the page.
• Changed a headline fragment from "Ready to book?" to "[Compiling...]".

The site now forces or encourages users to self-identify by industry. This helps them show more relevant content and likely improves how they track which types of businesses are visiting their site.

• The primary chat greeting changed from “Hi, how may I help you?” to “Ready to book?”
• A large section of duplicate customer testimonials and industry-specific selection cards was removed from the bottom of the page.
• The trust section showing 60,000+ businesses was simplified, removing several rows of decorative icons.
• Google Recaptcha was added to the footer area.

Podium is moving away from technical placeholder text to a more human-centric greeting. This emphasizes the "human-like" quality of their AI Employee to better appeal to local business owners who worry about robotic customer interactions.
