Oliv launches MCP support for agent context
- Added support for Model Context Protocol (MCP) to let users connect their own agent systems to Oliv data.
- Removed aggressive "Extorted by Gong?" marketing banners and competitive pricing comparisons against Gong and other legacy tools.
- Simplified the homepage by removing long lists of specific sales playbooks and individual agent names like "Olivia" and "Oliver."
- Added a new "GTM Engineering" service where their staff builds and manages agents for the customer.
- Updated the integration strategy to focus on "connecting only what you need" rather than a full rip-and-replace of existing software.
Oliv is shifting from a closed tool to an open platform. By adding support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP), they are making it easier for technical teams to use Oliv's data inside their own custom-built AI agents.
