What Milford changed

• Removed a list of language navigation links (English, Chinese, German, Korean, French, and Japanese) from the footer area.
• Updated the "Discover Cruises" button by removing the "$179.00" starting price from the label.
• Added a new FAQ entry regarding Milford Sound cruise deals.
• Expanded the answer in the FAQ section to explicitly mention their "Cruise Comparison table."
• Removed a numbered list (1 through 5) that appeared near the social media section.

The competitor has removed direct navigation links for six different languages from their main page. This might indicate a shift in their international marketing strategy or a move to consolidate traffic through their new multi-language mobile app instead of the website.

• Added "from $179.00" to the "Discover Cruises" link text.
• Removed the "from $848.00" price tag from the "Discover Coach, Cruise & Scenic Flight" link.

The competitor is now showing "from $179.00" directly in their main navigation and discovery links. This makes it easier for customers to see the entry price immediately without clicking through to a product page.

• Replaced the "$40 off Queenstown Wine Tour" special with a new "Christmas Party Wine Tour Charters" offer.
• Updated wine tour descriptions to focus on private charters for teams, including pizza and platter lunches.
• Reduced the starting price for the "Small Group Travel & Captain's VIP Cruise" from $449.00 to $439.00.
• Removed the specific "$179.00" starting price from the main "Discover Cruises" call-to-action button.
• Added a starting price of "$848.00" to the "Coach, Cruise & Scenic Flight" call-to-action.

The competitor is shifting their marketing focus from general wine tour discounts to seasonal corporate and group bookings for the holidays. They have also slightly lowered the price for their premium VIP cruise package.
