What The Mike Ferry Organization changed

• Replaced the "East Coast Finish Strong Superstar Retreat" (September 2026) with the "Production Retreat" (January 27-29, 2027).
• Updated the primary headline from "BECOME THE SUPERSTAR YOU WERE MEANT TO BE" to "YOUR BEST PRODUCTION YEAR STARTS HERE."
• Added a live countdown timer showing days, hours, minutes, and seconds remaining until the January event.

The company has shifted its primary marketing focus from a late-season "Finish Strong" event to a new year "Production Retreat." This signals a change in their seasonal sales strategy, moving from closing out the current year to planning for the next.

• Removed the "Accountability Starts Here" section featuring detailed bios for three prominent MFO Speakers and Coaches.
• Updated the countdown timer for the "East Coast Finish Strong Superstar Retreat" (reflecting natural time progression).

The removal of specific coach biographies (Tony Smith, Larry Kozak, and Ron Cronin) may indicate a shift in their coaching roster or a move toward a more brand-centered rather than individual-centered sales approach.

• Added detailed profiles for three specific coaches: Tony Smith, Larry Kozak, and Ron Cronin.
• Included specific career stats for coaches, such as "35 years in the business" and "3000 Real Estate transactions."
• Updated the countdown timer for the "East Coast Finish Strong Superstar Retreat."

The company is highlighting the specific experience and track records of their individual coaches. This builds trust by showing that their trainers are active or veteran real estate agents with thousands of closed deals.
