What Medicalalert changed

• Added a new section of clickable testimonial previews for users named Alan, Chris, Claire, and Goce.
• These new links include short text snippets from their stories.
• The "Member stories" section now appears to have a duplicated header or a new layout to accommodate these extra links.

The website now features more prominent links to specific customer stories. This helps build trust by showing real-life examples of how the product works in emergencies.

• Added the "New Stainless Steel Belcher Bracelet" priced at $70.00.
• Removed the "Wristband Slide" which was priced at $40.00.
• Updated the product carousel to feature the new stainless steel option across multiple slides.
• The footer "Acknowledgement of Country" text was slightly truncated in the latest version.

MedicAlert is updating its product lineup by replacing lower-priced entry items with more expensive, trend-focused jewelry. This suggests a shift toward higher-margin products that look like regular fashion accessories.

• Added new products to the homepage carousel: Pendant Necklace ID & Box Chain ($70) and Wristband Slide ($40).
• Removed the Tunstall Gem4 and Gem5 personal alarms from the featured product carousel.
• Expanded the "Acknowledgement of Country" in the footer with full respectful text.
• Added a direct phone number and email link to the footer section.
• Reorganized the navigation menu to group Articles, FAQs, and Returns under a new "Resources" heading.

The competitor is refreshing their product lineup with new styles like the Pendant Necklace and Wristband Slide. They also updated their footer to include full contact details and a formal Acknowledgement of Country, which improves their professional image and accessibility.
