LOWKEY removes the 7-day baseline learning period
What changed
- The baseline learning period changed from "7 to 21 days" to "immediate."
- Added a clause allowing programs to receive patient-level data if the patient agrees.
- Changed "SOC 2–compliant hosting" to "SOC 2–compliance ready."
- Replaced the term "support circle" with "connections."
- Clarified that all connections are "by invitation only."
Why it matters
LOWKEY now offers immediate behavioral monitoring instead of waiting up to three weeks to learn a user's habits. This makes the tool useful the moment a patient leaves the hospital. However, they also softened their compliance language and added a way for programs to access patient data.
