What Longstreth changed

• Added a massive multi-level navigation menu covering all product categories.
• Introduced specific sub-sections for Indoor Field Hockey, Goalkeeping, and Apparel.
• Replaced the "National Field Hockey Day" 25% off promotion with a long-term free shipping offer on orders over $100.
• Added a dedicated "Info Zone" featuring college commits, player profiles, and event news.
• Removed the prominent customer testimonial section from the main view.
• Added a "Now In Store" section specifically for Lacrosse equipment.

The website moved from a simple homepage with testimonials to a deep, category-driven navigation system. This makes it much easier for customers to find specific gear like indoor sticks, goalie foam, and turf shoes.

• The expiration date for the free shipping offer on orders over $100 was changed from 08/31/2026 to 09/07/2026.

The competitor is keeping their low-friction shipping incentive active for a longer period. This helps them maintain a competitive edge for customers who want to avoid extra costs on large orders.

• The expiration date for the free shipping offer on orders over $100 was updated from 08/08/2026 to 08/10/2026.
• A text fragment regarding TK and Longstreth athletes at La Salle University was removed from the page content.

The competitor has extended their free shipping promotion for orders over $100 by two days. This suggests they are actively managing their promotional calendar to maintain conversion rates during the peak field hockey season.
