What Lagenhetsbyte changed

• Added a step-by-step guide showing they help from matching to the final moving contract.
• Introduced a new service to manage the entire application process with landlords.
• Added digital signing via BankID for all swap documents.
• Highlighted social proof with a "4.1/5" rating and a claim of "150,000 successful swaps."
• Clarified their pricing model: free to list, but paid to message others and get help with the application.

The competitor is moving from a simple listing site to a full-service platform. They now handle the difficult paperwork and landlord communication that often causes apartment swaps to fail.

• Removed the count of 26,745 available apartment swaps.
• Removed all "Get started for free" call-to-action buttons.
• Removed the "How it works" section and the four-step guide.
• Removed trust signals like the Trustpilot rating and the "400+ swaps per month" stat.
• Removed the "Bostadsbytarskolan" blog and news sections.
• The page now only displays the cookie consent banner.

The website has removed its main marketing content, including the number of available apartments and the "get started" buttons. This might mean the site is undergoing maintenance or a major redesign.

• The total number of apartment swap opportunities decreased from 26,757 to 26,745.
• The "Bostäder just nu" (Homes right now) counter was updated to reflect this lower figure.

The number of active listings on the platform has decreased slightly. This reflects real-time changes in their marketplace inventory and current supply for users looking to swap apartments.
