What Jim’s Amish Structures changed

• A new video file named "home.mp4" was added to the top of the homepage.

Adding video to the top of the site helps customers see the quality of the sheds and structures before they visit a store. It makes the business look more modern and professional.

• Removed the main background video from the top of the homepage.
• Added descriptive title tags to all product category links (e.g., "Shed," "Metal Garage," "Vinyl Playground").
• Updated the text layout to emphasize in-stock structures and custom configuration options.

The removal of the hero video may improve page load speed for mobile users. The addition of descriptive titles to product links suggests a focus on improving search engine rankings for specific categories like "Garage shed" and "Outdoor Office Studio."

• Removed the 3D online builders for sheds, playgrounds, and pergolas.
• Removed "In-stock" buttons and links for sheds, garages, offices, and play structures.
• Removed the "Build your own" call-to-action links from most product categories.
• Removed the main navigation menu and footer contact information.
• Added a new video file to the top of the homepage.
• Removed the section featuring Amish Wood Furniture and specific furniture categories.
• Removed the detailed animal housing links for chicken coops, dog kennels, and horse barns.

The competitor has removed several interactive 3D builders and direct links to their in-stock inventory. This makes it harder for customers to customize products or see what is available for purchase online.
