What Gong changed

• Removed the main navigation menu including Product, Solutions, Pricing, and Company links.
• Deleted detailed descriptions for Gong Engage, Forecast, Enable, and AI Agents.
• Removed industry-specific landing page links for Technology, Finance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
• Removed the "Talk to sales" and "Take a tour" buttons from the hero section.
• Deleted the entire "Helpful resources" blog feed and the footer navigation links.

The website has removed almost all navigation links, product descriptions, and industry-specific solution pages. This could indicate a major site redesign is in progress or a shift in how they want prospects to engage with their sales team.

• Added "Gong Agents" to automate follow-ups, pipeline edits, and forecast corrections.
• Introduced "Gong Revenue Graph," a living network that connects all business interactions.
• Expanded industry-specific solutions for Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
• Added persona-based navigation for CROs, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
• Updated the homepage hero to promote their "Celebrate ‘26" event in Las Vegas.
• Added a new "Helpful resources" section featuring content on AI governance and healthcare.

Gong is moving beyond simple call recording into a full "Revenue AI OS." By adding specialized AI agents and a centralized data graph, they are trying to automate the actual work of sales teams rather than just providing insights.

• Added a new section for industry-specific capabilities and compliance.
• Introduced "governed agentic execution" as a core feature to close the loop from insight to action.
• Added messaging about "tuned agents" powering revenue workflows from prospecting to expansion.
• Updated the footer area to include a "Helpful resources" section.

Gong is moving beyond general sales tracking to offer specialized AI tools for different industries. They are also emphasizing "agentic execution," which means their AI is now designed to perform tasks, not just provide insights.
