What Gliffy changed

• Removed the announcement regarding Gliffy Zero Egress compatibility with Atlassian Government Cloud.
• Removed the "Catch Up On Our Blogs" section from the bottom of the page.
• Removed multiple promotional banners, including news about SOC 2 Type II certification and Mermaid diagram support.
• Removed the call-to-action for the Atlassian Data Center migration guide.

The removal of specific marketing for FedRAMP-certified environments and "Zero Egress" compliance features suggests a shift in how the product is being positioned for highly regulated government sectors.

• Added a new feature callout for "Mermaid Diagrams for Confluence" which allows users to generate diagrams without drawing shapes.
• Removed marketing text regarding Atlassian Platinum vendor status and "Proven Trust" security branding.
• Removed links to the Perforce Trust Center from the promotional sections.

Gliffy is expanding its technical capabilities by allowing users to generate diagrams through code (Mermaid) rather than just manual drawing. This targets developers who prefer text-based diagramming.

• Added a new feature for Mermaid diagrams in Confluence to generate visuals from text.
• Replaced a webinar link with a direct "Cloud Migration Guide" for Atlassian Data Center users.
• Updated messaging to highlight the March 2029 end-of-life date for Atlassian Data Center.

This update allows users to create diagrams using code instead of manual drawing. It also helps users move from older Atlassian systems to the cloud before the 2029 deadline.
