What Descript changed

• Removed the "The whole workflow, right here" section that detailed steps for Record, Edit, Refine, Share, and Multiply.
• Deleted specific feature links for background noise removal, eye contact correction, and filler word removal from the main body.
• Removed the "AI Video Editor" headline and several call-to-action buttons for starting podcasts.
• Simplified the Frequently Asked Questions section by removing the specific question headers.
• Removed several video demo embeds and customer testimonial badges from the bottom of the page.

The website now has much less detail about specific editing steps like "Refine" and "Multiply." This might mean they are simplifying their message to focus on their AI agent, Underlord, rather than individual manual tools.

• The "Help & Support" link in the footer was changed from help.descript.com/hc/en-us to help.descript.com/.

The company has simplified the web address for its support center. This usually happens when a brand moves to a new help desk platform or wants a cleaner, more direct link for users seeking assistance.

• Multiple demo videos (Videos 18-20 and 24-26) were updated from temporary "blob" URLs to permanent Wistia embed links.
• Two footer links for "Descript for teams" and "Descript for enterprise" were removed from the very bottom of the page, though they remain in the main navigation.

The site moved several demo videos from temporary blob storage to permanent Wistia hosting. This ensures the product examples load reliably for new visitors and suggests a cleanup of their marketing assets.
