What Contractbook changed

• Added a new link for "Commercial" contract templates under the template categories section.
• The security text at the very bottom of the page was cut short.

• Adding a new template category helps Contractbook attract users who need specific commercial legal documents.

• The Help Centre link in the header was updated from a support subdomain to a new helpcenter subdomain.
• The Help Center link in the footer was updated to the new helpcenter subdomain.
• The security contact email text in the footer was slightly truncated in the latest version.

The company has moved its customer support resources to a new subdomain and knowledge base structure. This often indicates a change in support tooling or an effort to improve how users find help and documentation.

• The asterisk (*) was removed from the "Message" field in the contact form, making it no longer required.
• A small fix was made to the security contact email link in the footer.

The company updated their lead capture form to make the "Message" field optional. This usually aims to reduce friction and increase the number of people who sign up for demos or trials.
