What Chegg changed

• Added a new text prompt "Find study solutions" under the main homework help heading.

Chegg is making it easier for students to find specific answers right away. This change focuses on speed and getting users directly to the content they need to finish their homework.

• Added a new "Internships" section featuring resume matching and one-click auto-apply tools.
• Added a resume upload tool directly on the homepage.
• Introduced a new value proposition focused on career outcomes, claiming graduates with internships earn 60% higher starting salaries.
• Simplified the homepage by removing long lists of study tools (like citations and plagiarism checkers) in favor of a dual focus: Study and Internships.
• Added testimonials specifically from users of the new internship automation features.

The platform is expanding beyond homework help into career services. They are now using automation to help students find jobs, match resumes to roles, and auto-apply to internships.

• Added "Internship Help" to the Products & Services list in the footer.
• Renamed the "Internships" link to "Internships.com" in the Network section.
• Updated the privacy link text from "Your Privacy Choices" to "Access or Delete My Data."
• Updated the copyright year from 2025 to 2026.

Chegg is expanding its focus beyond study tools to include career support. This helps them keep students on their platform after they finish their homework.
