CharterUP removes extensive service and city navigation
What changed
- Removed the main navigation menu containing links to over 20 specific group types like "K12 Schools" and "Religious Groups."
- Deleted the "Locations" section that highlighted 90+ individual city pages.
- Removed the "AI & Autonomous" software section, including links to Transit Intelligence and Autonomous Shuttles.
- Eliminated the footer section containing detailed contact info, social media links, and legal policies.
- Removed the lead generation form for large events and the "Get a Quote" buttons.
Why it matters
The website is now much shorter and simpler. By removing dozens of links to specific cities and niche services, the brand may be shifting focus away from search engine traffic for every local market toward a more streamlined corporate message.
