What Babylon Micro-Farms changed

• Removed the entire top navigation menu, including links to specific products like Galleri Micro-Farm™ and STEM Garden™.
• Removed all "Learn More" and "Discover our approach" buttons that linked to industry-specific subpages.
• Deleted several customer testimonial quotes, leaving only the names and titles of the reviewers.
• Added a new summary section describing their hydroponic systems as a "practical path to on-site growing" for five specific sectors.
• Removed the footer section containing the copyright, privacy policy, and social media links.

The competitor has removed its main navigation menu and several specific product links. This suggests a shift toward a simplified landing page or a temporary site restructuring, potentially focusing more on direct sales calls than self-guided research.

• Added a "Frequently Asked Questions" section with eight detailed entries.
• Defined the product as a "managed subscription" combining hardware, software, and service.
• Clarified that no agricultural staff are needed to operate the systems.
• Highlighted specific ROI factors like reduced food waste and ESG credits.
• Added details about remote monitoring and automated climate control.

The new FAQ section addresses common sales objections and clarifies their business model. It emphasizes that their system is a managed subscription service that does not require specialized staff, making it more attractive to schools and hospitals.

• The Team USA logo was removed from the gallery of featured clients and venues.

The removal of a high-profile client logo from the "leading venues" section may indicate a change in partnership status or an expired licensing agreement for brand usage.
