Summary: Salary.com removes Salary.ai free trial offer

Why It Matters: The competitor is shifting away from promoting a free, self-service AI tool on their main page. They are now focusing more on direct sales and their "Achieve Pay Equity" services.

What Changed:

• Removed the "FREE AI-Powered Insights" banner from the top of the page.
• Removed the "Start my free trial" call to action for Salary.ai at the bottom of the page.
• Changed a primary navigation link from "Compensation Planning" to "Achieve Pay Equity."
• Deleted text describing Salary.ai's ability to track trends and analyze benefits.
