Summary: Guru reports zero Programming & Development talent

Why It Matters: The platform's largest category suddenly shows no available freelancers. This could be a technical bug or a major shift in how they count active talent in that specific field.

What Changed:

• The "Programming & Development" category was moved from the top of the list to the bottom.
• The count for "Programming & Development" freelancers dropped from 293,219 to 0.
• "Writing & Translation" is now the first category shown to visitors.
