Summary: BaanNet replaces real estate app with education content

Why It Matters: The website has completely removed its Thailand property marketplace and app information. It now displays generic text about online certification courses, which may indicate a total change in business direction or a website error.

What Changed:

• Removed all Thailand real estate listings and search features.
• Deleted the "BaanNet" mobile app download links for iOS and Android.
• Removed the agent subscription model and mission statement.
• Replaced all property content with text about professional certification courses like AWS, PMP, and Google Analytics.
• Removed the Terms and Conditions and Contact Us sections.
