Summary: Heartbeat launches Pulse AI teammate and workflows

Why It Matters: The platform is moving from a simple community tool to an automated "teammate" that handles admin tasks and member engagement using AI.

What Changed:

• Introduced "Pulse," an AI teammate designed to help with planning, troubleshooting, and execution.
• Added a dedicated "Workflows" section focused on automating welcomes, reminders, and member follow-ups.
• Updated the "Discussions" feature to include automated member match-ups based on interests.
• Refreshed the homepage layout to focus on specific creator success stories and video testimonials.
• Removed the "User Guide" and "Showcase Communities" resource links from the bottom of the main page.
• Changed the primary call to action to a "14-day free trial" with no credit card required.
