Summary: Perplexity launches Spaces and Finance categories

Why It Matters: The site moved past a security wall to show new ways for users to organize work and track financial data. This suggests the tool is becoming a more specialized workplace assistant rather than just a search engine.

What Changed:

• Added a new "Spaces" section for collaboration or organization.
• Added a "Finance" vertical for specific data tracking.
• Introduced "Comet," an AI browser extension to speed up tasks.
• Added a prompt to unlock "Pro Search" and "History" through account creation.
